Return policy
 

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you the legal right to either get a refund for goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described within 30 days of receiving the goods.

 

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after ordering your item to request a return.
 

Returns

The consumer is responsible for return postage.

If your return is accepted, we will start the refund once we have received the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds

Refunds must be requested in writing with a full explanation. For any undamaged product, if you are not happy simply return it with its included accessories and original packaging along with the original receipt within 60 days of the date you ordered the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. Consumers are responsible for return postage.

 

Warranties & responsibility for services and products

When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. This usually takes 1-2 working days. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
